During this time we have serviced & specialised in the Building, Real Estate and the Strata Management Industries with all types of Building Repairs, Renovations and all Property Maintenance. Owner & Director Warren Rosen is a fully qualified Licensed Carpenter & Builder.

The commercial area has also played a major part in the growth of W.R. Building & Maintenance Pty Ltd by the undertaking of major office partitioning.

We are set up to cater for all day-to-day repairs. Our team work together to provide a professional, prompt and quality ensured service, and we pride ourselves in having a large percentage of work coming from word of mouth recommendations alone.
